Since moving to the Carolinas in 1985, Debra has been an active part of the region’s growth, including working with prestigious developers such as The Cliffs Communities. She has also served in leadership roles within the industry, including the Greenville Homebuilders Association Board of Trustees and as Past Chair of Professional Women in Building.

Debra holds designations as both a Certified Luxury Home Specialist and a Certified Equestrian Property Specialist, reflecting her expertise across the luxury, lake, and equestrian markets.
