With more than three decades of experience in project and operations management at Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, Renee Hoeffner brings a strong foundation of leadership, organization, and professionalism to her work in real estate. During her 34-year career, she built a reputation for excellence, strategic thinking, and genuine care for the people and teams she served—qualities that now guide her clients through one of life’s most meaningful decisions.
After retiring, Renee relocated to the Greenville area to be closer to her family, who has called the Upstate home for more than 38 years. The move also opened the door for her next chapter: helping others experience the joy she felt when she purchased her first home. That moment sparked a passion that continues to drive her today, as she supports buyers and sellers with focus, empathy, and unwavering dedication.
Renee holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Hazardous Material Management from the University of Maryland, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and is a Certified Project Manager—credentials that reflect her commitment to excellence and continuous learning. She now blends that skill set with a genuine love of people, guiding clients with clarity, calm, and well-informed guidance from start to finish.
Outside of work, Renee enjoys exploring estate sales and historic properties, appreciating the architecture, character, and stories behind each home. Her belief that a home is both a milestone and a memory fuels the heart she brings to every client relationship. Thoughtful, driven, and service-oriented, Renee works to ensure that every client feels informed, supported, and confident throughout their home journey.
