Each year, RealTrends Verified recognizes top-performing real estate professionals across the country through a rigorous verification process that confirms production results and publishes rankings at the national, state, and local levels.

Unlike many industry awards, RealTrends Verified requires transaction data to be independently reviewed and validated. Agents and teams submit their production figures, which are then verified before being included in the rankings.

Rankings are based on two primary measures: sales volume, which reflects the total dollar value of closed transactions, and transaction sides, which represents the number of closed transaction sides completed during the year. Some agents and teams earn rankings in one category, while others are recognized in both.

With more than 45,000 verified real estate professionals recognized nationwide, earning a place among the rankings is a significant accomplishment.
